Roulette Strategies and Tips

Gamblers are always looking for better roulette strategies & tips to beat the house edge. Unfortunately, the best they can usually get is a slightly better chance at beating the house edge. Unless they beat the house edge at every bet, then there’s no point in gambling, right? There has to be a better way, right? Once you understand the house edge & the probability of the Roulette ball landing in a useful place on the wheel, then you can start to factor in the house edge to improve the profitability of your Roulette play. & how do you do that?

Well, now you can by taking advantage of the Martingale System, which has been around for many years & many Roulette players have adapted it to suit their playing habits. The Martingale system simply dictates that you must bet on an even money bet (red/black, high/low, or odd/even) until you have suffered a loss & eventually win. If you then win, you make the same bet, but this time you double your stake to compensate for the initial stake you lost. If you lose again, then you double again & this process is repeated until you win.

The Martingale system is very effective at increasing the profitability of your bets, but this article has nothing to do with that. Instead, this article has to do with Roulette strategies generally, the best of which are outlined below.

  • Strategy 1

The best Roulette strategy, when applied correctly, will result in you being able to walk away from the table after the wheel has stopped turning, having won & returned to the casino with more money than you had when you started the game.

  • Strategy 2

It is the touch-est strategy of all. Simply place your bet on any 50/50 bet on the table & if the ball lands on the number you’ve chosen, you win.

  • Strategy 3

This Afapoker strategy is a push/fold strategy. What does this mean?

When you have won & the game is moving towards a pocket with a small amount of money, you will fold rather than push your bet, leaving your winnings& funds out on the table for the next spin.

  • Strategy 4

No matter how the percentages say, Keno is not a good bet. The house edge is over 14% & losing lots of money to Keno is a regular occurrence, even for the best bettors.

  • Strategy 5

This is probably the only surefire way to beat Keno. If you play for a long time, stick to the numbers as stated above, & you will definitely see an improvement in your net winnings.

  • Strategy 6

Another slightly more complicated & risky Roulette strategy, but when applied correctly will give you a faster & more consistent profit throughout the game. Simply bet on numbers 8-15, 26-30, 43-47 and 57-60 on the table, & keep track of the results. If 8 or more numbers have not shown for a set number of spins, then it is time to bet again.

  • Strategy 7

Although a bit more complicated, this Roulette strategy works by capitalizing the Martingale System & the 1st and 2nd series of numbers in the table. By doing this, you will ensure that, as you win, you will earn a profit.

  • Strategy 8

Although more complicated than most strategies, the solution is simple. Find a table that offers the rule 8, 6, 4, 2, 0. By betting on these numbers, you will cover quite a few of the pockets on the wheel.

  • Strategy 9

Roulette is a game of probability. If you place your bet on a number on the wheel that is outside the black or red sequence, then you have already reduced your house edge.

  • Strategy 10

A slightly more complicated strategy, which is the Fibonacci, involves betting on numbers which are generated by the Fibonacci sequence. By betting on the number that the ball will land on, you will hopefully, if not guaranteed, recoup your losses & win an equal profit.

  • Strategy 11

This strategy is a bit more complicated, as it involves betting on additional numbers to the sequence. This is more of a long term strategy, as you will need to keep betting on the numbers in the future until you recoup your losses, or win an equal profit.

  • Strategy 12

A strategy that can be applied to almost any game in almost any casino is the Labouchere. Bet on the number of the card that is coming up, in other words, the number in the threat, +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +6, etc.
